What To Meal Prep To Lose Weight?
My plan is so simple to follow. I stick to it every day even though I have lost a lot of weight, just to not gaining any other weight again.
Ideas for the 850 low calories meal per day plan, you need to take for:
Breakfast: 250 calories
Lunch: 300 calories
Dinner:300 calories
I follow this strategy, and now it depends on you. Many people like to eat very little at night, exchanging calories if you want but don’t get over 900 calories per day.
Monday:
Breakfast: 3 biscotti, one banana, and a mug of black coffee
Lunch: A salade Cesar with tuna and one fruit (of your choice)
Dinner: Soupe lentils
Tuesday
Breakfast: One yogurt and fruits
Lunch: Omelette with ham and a fruit
Dinner: Roast mushroom with spinach and ricotta
Wednesday
Breakfast: Oatmeal pot with fruits
Lunch: Egg zucchini and noddle salad
Dinner: Rice with chicken grilled
Thursday
Breakfast: Fruit salade with three biscotti
Lunch: Spicy bean soup
Dinner: Roasted steak with broccoli and fruits for dessert
Friday
Breakfast: Smoothie of fruits
Lunch: Salad mixte with grilled chicken
Dinner: Grilled tofu with brown rice and vegetables
Saturday
Breakfast: one bowl of cereal with low sugar and fruits
Lunch: Pumpkin soup
Dinner: Spicy eggplant and chickpea salad and fruits for dessert
Sunday
Breakfast: Oat jar with yogurt and fruits
Lunch: wrap with ham and vegetables
Dinner: salmon grilled with vegetables

A lot of people think that they can’t eat healthy because of their budget, but there are recipes out there that don’t cost much at all!
I hope you enjoy my meal plan, as you can see there’s also meat in my diet plan though at this time I was a meat-eater. Now I turn into a vegetarian and I just stick to an 850 calories meal plan but with vegetarian recipes.
Also, don’t forget to drink a lot of water about one liter or more per day. You can even drink green tea. It helps a lot in losing weight. Keep motivating yourself throughout the process and sometimes, on Sunday, enjoy the meal that you prefer. It won’t do any harm but don’t abuse too much.
