Spinach And Ricotta Ravioli

Ingredients:

– 330g fresh pasta (to make it yourself 300g flour, 3 eggs, a pinch of salt, and semolina flour)

– 125g ricotta

– 50g parmesan 

– 250g spinach, preferably fresh

– 50g butter

– 1 clove garlic

– A splash of olive oil 

– 1 teaspoon nutmeg

– 16 leaves salvia (depending on how strong the taste is)

– Salt and pepper
