Raspberry Tart

  • 1 frozen puff pastry sheet
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. raspberries


1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Celsius. Roll out the pastry in a baking tray lined with baking paper. 

2.Use a knife to cut the edge of the dough 3/4 inch apart. Put it in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until it is light golden brown.

3.Put the pastry in a medium bowl with parchment paper and use an electric mixer to beat the cream and sugar at medium speed until stiff peaks form.

4.Spread the whipped cream evenly on the dough until the edges are covered and then put on the berries on the top.
