Cheese Tacos
This is a very simple recipe for cheese tacos. It’s quick and easy to make, and will give you a big change in flavor from your normal tacos.
Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- 2 ears of corn, husked
- 1 small red onion, cut into 1/4″-thick rings
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound halloumi or other grilling cheese, sliced into 16 planks
- 8 small tortillas
- Sliced avocado, fresh tomato salsa, cilantro, and lime wedges (for serving)
Preparations:
- Prepare a roast pan over medium-high heat; fully grease the grill with oil
- Lightly coat the corn with oil and season with salt and pepper. Put the onion and butter in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Grilled both by turning them frequently until they are soft and charred in some places. Corn takes 10-15 minutes and onions 4-5 minutes. Let the corn cool down a bit.
- Brush the cheese with oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast, turning once until it is browned and warm, about 2 minutes per side.
- Heat tortillas on the surface of a microwave or cold grill until they are tender and pliable. Divide the cheese into tortillas, then add corn, onions, avocado, salsa, and cilantro. Serve with lemon wedges.

- One tbsp sugar
- 60gr butter
- Thyme and basil
Ingredients for the top layer:
- 7 oz of potato
- 7 oz of onion
- 5 oz of pepper
- 10 oz of tomato
- ½ pound of eggplant
- ½ pound of zucchini
- ½ pound of marrow squash
- Two fl oz of olive oil
- Two tsp of salt
- Thyme
Paneer Pulao
Paneer Pulao is exotic rice, very easy to prepare, and delicious. It is an excellent side dish for getting together or after a busy day of work. Paneer Pulao is well accompanied with yogurt or soup. It will also make a great pack for lunch.
Ingredients:
- One inch ginger
- Three green chilies
- Two small tomato
- One medium onion
- two garlic cloves
- 375-gram paneer
- Two tbsp butter
- One tsp cumin
- 8-10 peppercorn
- two small cinnamon sticks
- ½ cup fresh coriander
- ¼ cup mint
- two tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp garam masala
- One bay leaf
- Four cloves
- Two cups-soaked basmati rice
- Two cups hot water
- One cup hot milk
- One tsp salt
- Three tbsp fried onions
- One tsp ghee
Mushroom Bruschetta
This mushroom bruschetta is the perfect party appetizer, and every bite-sized toast has a fantastic flavor because every bite of garlic crostini comes with a mixture of caramelized garlic and salted mushrooms and glaze with balsamic vinegar. Since it contains few ingredients, it is important to use the best you can find, including mushrooms, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
Ingredients:
- One small baguette, thinly sliced (about 24 slices)
- Three tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- One clove garlic
- 37 g scallions minced
- 100 g Maitake mushrooms, cleaned and shredded
- 100 g Shiitake mushrooms, cleaned, stems removed, and sliced
- 100 g Shimeji mushrooms, root end, trimmed and separated
- One teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves
- salt and pepper
- One tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- One tablespoon minced flat-leaf parsley
Preparations:
- Put a grill in the middle and preheat to 170°C.
- Pour one tablespoon of olive oil into a small bowl and use a pastry brush to lightly grease the top of each slice of bread.
- Place on the baking tray and bake it for about 6 to 7 minutes until crostini is golden brown and crispy.
- When the crostini is ready, take the pan out of the oven and touch a garlic clove in each bite.
- In a pan, Fry, add two tablespoons of olive oil and chopped garlic; fry until the garlic is golden brown and caramelized; add mushrooms and thyme, and fry until most of the moisture in the mushrooms evaporates, and the outside becomes golden brown.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add the balsamic vinegar. Add mushrooms to get a smooth glaze.
- If no liquid remains, turn off the heat, add the parsley, occasionally stirring to distribute it evenly.
- Let the mushrooms cool to room temperature. When you are ready to serve bruschetta, pour the mushroom mixture over each slice of crostini.
Green Peas and Cheese Curry
Green peas and cheese curry is a popular dish in North India. The mixture of green peas, fresh coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and crushed ginger gives it its color. The dish is cooked with onion and garlic to give it its flavor.

When we go to dinner, we prefer light dishes as an appetizer, and gazpacho is a great recipe. It is refreshing, refines the flavor beautifully, and is light enough to arouse the guests’ appetite for the side dishes. This recipe is filled with the aromas of juicy heirloom tomatoes, basil, coriander, tarragon, and garlic, and the taste of lime juice is perfect.
Ingredients:
- Five Cups Green heirloom tomatoes cubed
- Two Avocados
- One Lime
- Basil ¼ Cup
- Cilantro ¼ Cup
- Five Tarragon
- Two cloves Garlic
- One Serrano Pepper
- Salt to taste
Cheesy Hand Pies
Sometimes, you just want to make something quick and easy, and these cheesy hand pies are perfect for that. Cheesy, buttery, flaky goodness that’s ready in less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- One cup frozen unsalted butter
- Two large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour, plus more for surface
- 2 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp. parsely
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 oz. Feta
- 6 oz.Shredded mozzarella
Preparations:
- Put the salt and flour in a bowl – mix them. Knead the butter directly into the bowl through the large hole of the grater, stirring by hand from time to time to prevent it from sticking. Stir with a fork and add water per teaspoon as needed until a fluffy batter is form.
- Put the batter and dry food on a clean workbench. Knead for about 2 minutes until the dough is smooth and moist. Chill for At least 1 hour in plastic wrap.
- Place the grid on the upper and lower thirds of the oven; preheat to 350°F. Stir the eggs in a medium bowl to get them mixed well. Transfer half of the egg to a small bowl, In a medium bowl, add feta cheese to the remaining eggs, then mash them with a fork until smooth. Carefully add mozzarella cheese and dill until combined; season with pepper and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Cut the dough in half. Flour your counter, then roll out each dough ball into 16×8-inch squares. Use a spatula to cut each rectangle into eight squares—Preheat oven to 350°F. Place two sheets of parchment paper on baking sheets and move them to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Brush the sides of the cake with beaten eggs. Place a tablespoon of cheese filling in the center of each square. Fold the dough and press down with a fork to seal. Bake the pie for 30-35 minutes by turning the pan from top to bottom and back again. Turn it some more if needed until it is brown and crispy. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Sweet Onion Tarts
Seriously; who else would drool over those delicious tarts? This is one of my favorite great vegetarian recipes! Slowly cook the sweet onions and add them to the vegan cream cheese. The pie is covered with balsamic glaze and plenty of thyme. The result is a flaky cake, with every bite exuding flavor.
Ingredients:
- Brown Onions 1kg
- Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup
- Olive Oil 1/4 Cup
- Frozen Ready-Rolled Puff Pastry 2 sheets
- Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 Cup
- Feta Cheese (crumbled) 100g
Dahi Baingan
Eggplant grilled with yogurt is a classic eggplant dish. This dish is exquisite but easy to make. It’s always surprising that you can make such a hearty dish with a few simple ingredients. I am in love with this Dahl Baingan dish which is simply delicious and can be paired with white rice or roti.
Ingredient:
- One onion
- One big size brinjal
- One spoon of ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
- Red chili powder
- Garam masala powder
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder
- One cup curd
- one bay leaf
- Two Dry red chilies
- Cumin seed
- Salt to taste and oil for cooking
Tofu With Basil Pesto
They are easy to prepare and a very creative dish. Diced tofu sprinkled with basil pesto. This is a good snack that can be served to guests or served as a side dish on a plate.
Ingredients
- One block Tofu
- Two tbsp Chickpea Flour
- Two Garlic Cloves
- One tsp Salt
- One tsp Pepper
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- One cup Basil Leaves
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Lime Juice
Thai Broccoli And Coriander Soup
This delicious soup is one of our favorite vegetarian dinner recipes. The green vegetables and creamy coconut were mixed together in less than half an hour. Enjoy a perfect quick dinner on a cold night, when you want something warm but don’t have time to cook.
Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup green curry paste
- One pound broccoli florets, chopped
- Two cups baby spinach leaves, plus more to serve
- Two shredded scallions
- Two cups cilantro leaves
- One can coconut milk
- Three cups Water
- Salt and black pepper
- Store-bought crispy shallots or onions, to serve
Preparations:
- Heat a medium pan and put the curry paste, let simmer for about 1 minute. Stir occasionally
- Add coconut milk, water, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil. Add broccoli, cover, and then cook for 10 minutes more. Remove from heat until broccoli is soft; add spinach leaves and half a coriander.
- Use a hand blender to stir the soup until smooth. Spread out on a plate, top with spinach, leftover coriander, spring onions, and shallots.
Veggie Pasta Salad
I love pasta, it’s one of my favorite dishes and it is very easy to prepare, here is a simple recipe that you can make after a busy day at work, I’m sure that all the ingredients are already in your storage.
Pasta Salad Ingredients:
- 300g asparagus
- 40g parsley
- 1/2lb pasta
- 1/4 red onion
- 350g cherry tomatoes
- 200g artichoke
- 1 cup canned chickpeas
Dressing Ingredients:
- generous pinch dried oregano
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Tofu Pita Wraps
The key to making these very delicious sandwiches is to Squeeze the tofu to remove as much moisture as possible so that it absorbs oil, spices, and in short, flavor. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and fry them with plenty of seasoning until the edges are crispy.
Ingredients:
- firm tofu drained 1 block
- extra-virgin olive oil 3 Tbsp
- ground coriander 2 tsp.
- red onion, thinly sliced 1/2
- seasoned rice vinegar 3 Tbsp.
- crushed red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp.
- whole-milk Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
- ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
- salt, plus more 1 tsp.
- garlic clove, finely grated 1 small
- smoked Spanish paprika 2 tsp.
- 4 pitas, warmed
- 2 Persian or mini cucumbers, thinly sliced lengthwise
- Mint leaves (for serving)
Preparations:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Put the onion and the vinegar in a bowl, squeeze the tofu into a medium-sized bowl to remove water; if it starts to crack, please do not worry.
- When no more liquid comes out, cut the tofu into 1/2-inch pieces and place it on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Stir in the oil, add the coriander, pepper, red pepper flakes, cinnamon, and one teaspoon of salt. Stir well and coat with tofu. Turn it once or twice until the edges are crispy and golden brown; for 20 to 25 minutes, the tofu will become crispier when it cools.
- Mix yogurt and garlic in a small bowl; add salt. Collect the yogurt by dividing it into small pits, then tofu, cucumber, dried, pickled onions, and a handful of mint.

- 330g fresh pasta (to make it yourself 300g flour, 3 eggs, a pinch of salt, and semolina flour)
